Consultation

Start with a small paid consultation before you invest more time.

The consultation is designed for founders and operators who need direct technical judgment on a workflow, internal tool, or AI-powered build that has started to get messy.

Consultation options

Two lightweight options. After booking and payment confirmation, you will receive a follow-up intake link to share the context, system, workflow, or prototype you want to discuss.

30 minute consultation

$50

Best for a fast second opinion on one workflow, one product decision, or one blocker.

  • Review the current setup
  • Identify the main issue
  • Recommend the next practical step

Satisfaction guaranteed. If the consultation does not give you useful clarity, we will make it right.

Who it is best for

The consultation works best when something real already exists, even if it is rough.

You already built a first version

There is enough of a tool, workflow, or automation in place to review what is working and what is not.

You need judgment, not more generic ideas

You are trying to make a concrete decision about the build, not brainstorm abstract possibilities.

You want a low-risk first step

The consultation keeps the starting point small while still giving you something actionable.

What happens after you book

The process stays simple. A short intake helps make the session more useful.

After booking and payment confirmation

  • You receive a follow-up intake link
  • You share the context, workflow, system, or prototype
  • The intake helps focus the session before the call
  • The meeting is held on Google Meet

What to prepare

  • What the tool is meant to do
  • Where it currently gets stuck
  • What systems it touches
  • What decision you want help making

Confidentiality

We will treat the information you share as confidential and use it only to prepare for and conduct your consultation. Please avoid sharing passwords, private keys, regulated personal data, or anything you are not authorized to disclose. You may anonymize names, customer data, and internal identifiers where appropriate.

Recording

Meetings are conducted on Google Meet and may be recorded for note-taking, quality, and follow-up purposes. By attending, you consent to recording. If something is especially sensitive, please say so and avoid sharing anything that should not be recorded.
