This Privacy Policy explains what information Midfield Innovations Inc (operating as Midfield Consulting) may collect through midfieldconsulting.com, bookings, email, consultations, and related follow-up, and how that information may be used. We collect only the information reasonably needed to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, prepare for meetings, and deliver consulting services.

  • Booking information related to consultations, such as the event type, date and time, invitee name, and contact details.
  • Payment information processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. We do not expect to store full payment card details on this site.
  • Information you voluntarily provide when describing systems, workflows, or business operations during inquiries, intake forms, or consultations.
  • Consultation preparation information you choose to share before a session, including project context, workflow details, system descriptions, or prototype notes.
  • Future intake responses if we add a post-booking intake flow.
  • Meeting-related information, including calendar details, Google Meet delivery details, and recordings if a meeting is recorded.
  • Basic technical information such as email metadata, browser or device details, and site usage logs if those are generated by our hosting or service providers.

Please avoid sharing passwords, private keys, highly sensitive regulated personal data, or anything you are not authorized to disclose. You may anonymize names, customer data, and internal identifiers where appropriate.

Consultations may be conducted through Google Meet and may be recorded for note-taking, quality, and follow-up purposes. By participating in a recorded session, you consent to the recording where applicable. If something is especially sensitive, please say so and avoid sharing anything you do not want recorded.

6. Email and Follow-Up

We may send follow-up emails related to inquiries, bookings, consultations, payment confirmations, intake steps, and service delivery. If we send marketing emails in the future, they should include an appropriate way to opt out. Transactional or service-related messages may still be sent when needed to deliver a booked consultation or related service.

7. Data Sharing

We may share information with service providers only as reasonably needed to operate the site, schedule and deliver consultations, process payments, support communications, or comply with legal obligations. We do not use consultation or inquiry information as a product for sale.
